Returns

We make it easy and convenient for you to return your order.

Please note you have 14 days from the date of purchase to return unused products. Make sure to have your order number at hand – it can be found in your order confirmation.

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you e.g. require a different size, please return the product and order the desired size separately in a new order.

For our members who live in the following countries: Denmark, Sweden, Norway and Germany, we offer free returns.

If you are not a member or live in a country that is not listed above, you need to pay for the return cost.

Return policy

Please note that the following conditions apply to all returns:

The item(s) must be in their original condition with no wear marks and with all labels still attached.

We do not accept returns, if the returned product:

• Is not in new condition.
• Smells of perfume or other strong odor, or has been exposed to smoke.
• Has been washed or used.
• Has been exposed to animal fur.
• Has not been properly packed for return shipping.

Claims

If you have a faulty or defect product, please send an email to hello@seerwa.com containing pictures of the defect and your order number.
